Elizavette Cordero
As the Associate Director of Research and Evaluation, Ellie will incorporate Participatory Action Research (PAR) and other community based participatory methods into ECG’s work. Ellie will work closely with ECG Staff and regional partners to lead the day-to-day management of the Healthy Neighborhoods Study (HNS).
Nicole Fina
As Civic Engagement and Advocacy Manager at ECG, Nicole is responsible for leading climate and advocacy related projects and processes as well as management of ECG’s engagement team.
Rebecca Kelley
As Director of Programs at ECG, Rebecca works with ECG’s staff and Network to strengthen coordination across our initiatives, provide strategic program oversight, and support our staff in delivering high-impact programming.
Lenka McNally
As Farm Manager at ECG, Lenka is responsible for operations at our Broadway Farm and our Northern Strand Farm. She collaborates with other ECG staff member to develop the crop plan and engages in other responsibilities like supervising our Youth Crew.
As Community Resource & Events Coordinator, Chizzy builds meaningful connections between ECG’s mission and the Everett Community through intentional programming, thoughtful event design, and strategic partnerships. Working at the intersection of community engagement and program coordination, she creates spaces where neighbors can gather, grow and strengthen all their roots in ECG’s work.
Kathleen O’Brien
As Operations Manager at ECG, Kathleen is responsible for working with the staff and Board to ensure ECG’s is fulfilling its mission and achieving its goals.
