Since 2020, ECG has operated a farm stand during the summer and fall season. We sell produce grown directly from our Broadway and Northern Strand Community Farm. With the help of our Youth Crew, we’re able to provide fresh, affordable, and healthy food for purchase!
At our farm stands, we sell $5 and $10 bags and allows customers to buy a variety of produce at an affordable price. We accept cash, SNAP/EBT payments, WIC, and Senior Farmers Market Coupons at our farm stands. ECG is a Healthy Incentives Program (HIP) which means money gets put back on your EBT card* when you use SNAP to buy from us. For more information about HIP please visit their website here.
ECG has also operated its Order ahead Pick-Up since 2022. Similar to our Farm Stands we have our $5 or $10 bags with the same payment methods available. But there are two key differences between the two. For our Pick-Ups our customers use a form to order their bags of produce. Then head to the Intersection of Wellington Ave., and West St., on the Northern Strand Community Trail.
ECG also offers customers the option of an online order ahead pick-up. On weeks when our farm stand isn’t open, customers can order bags of produce online and pick-up their order at one of our farms.
