As the farm manager for Everett Community Growers. Lenka in charge of operations for both the Broadway and Northern Strand farms. This includes farm maintenance, measuring the crop yield, overseeing crop harvest and distribution
She holds a Masters in Material Science from BRNO University of Technology and another Masters in Plastics Engineering.
During our off season Lenka assists with our annual report and preparations for our growing season. Lenka collaborates with additional ECG staff on developing the crop plan for each of our growing seasons.
In addition to all she does she manages our seasonal youth crew members. She handles scheduling of farm shifts, overseeing their timesheets amongst other managerial duties.
