About
As a lifelong Everett resident and founding member of Everett Community Growers, Kathleen has worked since 2010 to expand ECG’s work in the community through academic, personal and professional pursuits.
Today, she serves as the organization’s Operations Manager, working with the staff and board to ensure ECG’s is fulfilling its mission and achieving its goals. A self-proclaimed “lover of spreadsheets”, Kathleen keeps the budget and ensures ECG projects and team members are connected, funded properly and have what they need to thrive.
Kathleen also works at Cambridge Health Alliance in the office of Department of Community Health, where her work centers on regional community engagement with a frame of health equity and racial justice – bringing partners together to build equitable programs, policies, and systems that support every person to reach their best health.
She graduated from Everett High School, holds a bachelor’s from UMass Boston, and a Master’s in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University. She lives with her husband, two children and six chickens.
